How to reprint a label
You will need to select ‘print another label’ from the actions drop down menu next to the sold item. You will then be able to generate a label in the same way as before, making any necessary changes.
Will I be charged twice for printing a label?
Shutl labels are only added to your monthly invoice when they are used (this means when they are scanned by the courier on drop-off or collection). You will not be charged for labels that are not used, even if you print them and then decide not to use them.
Do I need to cancel an unused label?
Drop-off labels: There is no need to cancel a drop-off label, you can simple dispose of the label as you will not be charged for it if it is not used (this means when the label is scanned by the courier on drop-off or collection).
Collection labels: Please notify Shutl that you would like to cancel the collection and we can request the courier to not attempt the collection. Shutl will require the tracking number and your seller ID in order to request the cancellation on your behalf.
How long are labels valid?
Printed labels are valid for use for seven (7) days from the time of generating, with the cut-off time on the 7th day being at 12am (midnight) GMT. Therefore you must drop-off, or have your parcel collected, within that time. If your label expires, you will need to print a new label. You will not be charged for the unused label, only for the new one when it is used (this means when the label is scanned by the courier on drop-off or collection).
