Claims for damaged items can be made as soon as the parcel is delivered to the buyers’ address. We will ask for evidence of the damage so please ask the buyer to take photos of the damaged item and provide you with a written description of the damage. You will need to retain evidence of your damaged item until any claim has been resolved.
Claims can be submitted online using our Claims Form and our Customer Service team will investigate it. Claims must be made within 30 days from when the parcel was dispatched.
