If the parcel is shown to be delivered but the buyer hasn’t received it, the courier may have delivered it to a neighbour or left it in a safe place. The courier should have left a card at the buyer’s address indicating the location of the parcel. Please advise the buyer to follow the information on the card to retrieve the parcel.
If the parcel is not shown to be delivered and there has been no change in status for 5 or more days, please report it as lost using our Claims Form and our Customer Support team will investigate it.
Claims for lost parcels can only be made 2 days after the last expected delivery date. Claims for lost parcels must be must be made within 30 days from the date the parcel was dispatched.
