The delivery service you select at the time of purchasing your label will set out your parcel drop-off location. You can find your closest location, in relation to specific couriers, using the links below:
Royal Mail Customer Service Points:
You can drop your parcel off at a shop local to you which handles parcels from the courier you’ve selected to use. A courier will then go into the shop to collect the parcels and inject them into the courier network. Please be aware that for ‘1-day’ or ‘next day’ services, courier collection times may vary between drop-off locations and that may create a delay on your delivery service. You should therefore check with your local drop-off store when they usually expect pick-up by your selected courier.
If you have purchased a drop-off label but then decide to give your parcel to the relevant courier e.g. because the relevant courier is collecting other parcels from you, once the label has been scanned by the relevant courier the price will automatically update on your invoice to show a collection price.
Please remember to stick your label to your parcel before dispatch and keep the receipt of drop-off or collection for proof of postage.
