The cost of your delivery depends on the delivery service you would like to purchase, as well as the size of the parcel, and any options you may choose such as a proof of delivery signature. Check our rates section for more information about the available services, rates, drop-off locations and standard compensation.
In some circumstances you may incur additional charges after the parcel is sent.
Setting up a PayPal billing agreement
At present we only accept PayPal. You'll receive a monthly invoice for your delivery fees by email. You'll only be charged for labels when you actually use them, so if you print a label but do not use it, you will not be charged.
To make payments as easy as possible, we ask you to set up a PayPal billing agreement with Shutl to automate the payment for monthly invoices. It's just a few easy steps and you only need to do this once the first time you use the service.
We will automatically deduct the invoice due amount from your PayPal account 15 days after the invoice date.
Cancelling the billing agreement
You can log into your PayPal account to cancel your billing agreement; once logged in click the gear icon at the top right of the page, select Payments, then Manage pre-approved payments, then select the Shutl billing agreement and click Cancel on the following page.
This means you will not be able to use eBay delivery powered by Shutl services until you set up another billing agreement.
